Spanish 2: is a class designed for students who have completed one year of basic Spanish and want to improve and practice the language. Students will reinforce the skills learned in Spanish 1, learn to use verb tense and continue to build vocabulary and grammar concepts. This class will cover the essential Spanish skills, listening, speaking, reading and writing with emphasis in speaking. All students will participate in class, and become more proficient in speaking and comprehension skills. The instructor's approach and the small size class, four to eight students, provide an engaging environment for all the students to practice their conversational skills. Main language topics include conjugation of verbs, uses of present perfect and past, direct and indirect object pronouns, adjectives, adverbs and more elaborate Spanish expressions.
